Single Input Global Search – SIG Search
SIG – Single Input Global – Search is a configurable search technology that was developed exclusively for the EndApps Platform.
SIG Search technology turns a website’s search textbox into a data retrieval engine that will not only searches text, but can also match numbers and dates as well as number and date ranges.

The entities and fields to be search can be configured through metadata configuration.
You can also access the SIG Search functionality by go directly to the search page:
/Search

SIG Search can also be access directly from the browser’s address bar by typing:
/Search/ [search term]
Note: Certain search terms like dates, are not suited for direct browser address bar searches.
